I don't understand why we didn't use our last ride on Max.
I'm guessing he wold have to accept the offer first.....

Max Bielfeldt is an absolute monster. Has offers from W. Michigan, Ball State, Wright State, UIC. He put up monster numbers last week at the Tournament of Champions and interest from schools are flocking in from all over. Bradley missed the boat on this kid. He is better and more skilled than any big they have and will only get bigger and better in college.
Its hard to watch Bradley not even go after/offer kids from Central Illinois that have the ability to play at the valley level.
Max had games of 39 and 40 pts in a big time tournament but Bradley offers a 7'0 kid from Iowa who doesn't have even close the skill set of Bielfeldt.. its a joke.
Another kid getting over looked in Central Illinois is Jordan Nelson (Lincoln).
Games of 22,28, 37,18, 30 this past week. Has made 27 3's in 5 games... Something Bradley could also use on the floor...
JUST MY OPINOIN...

The way I understand it Max does not wish to stay in Peoria which means BU has zero chance .How do you know BU hasn't offered Max.....again, you have an offer but its only half of the equation..it has to be accepted.

Would not surprise me....can't blame a kid for wanting to leave. And IF thats the case how can someone "blame" BU for missing out on him?
I have NO idea but I have to think they have tried...didn't someone say there were BU coaches at several of his games?

I'd have to believe if we wanted him and he wanted to play for BU something would have been worked out, plain and simple. I'd have to believe he wants to get out of Dodge.
BTW...How is Tyler Les doing at UC Davis? We could have used another 3 point shooter!
Tyler hadn't played much until last night. UC Davis' game last night was against an 0-4 Division II school Notre Dame de Namur. Tyler played 19 minutes, was 4-5 from three, and scored 12 points.

In the previous 8 games, Tyler had seen brief action in 7 of them, but had only scored 4 points total.

UC Davis' next game is 12/13 at UCLA.

Jordan Nelson=Aaron Zobrist....maybe the best pure shooter in the state.
Check out this article after he scored 37 points against Morton last week at the Tournament of Champions in Washington-

Tremendous player. I had a chance to see him when they came to RBA a few weeks ago. TSU has a lot of great talent, but their depth is non-existent.Proviso's Robert Covington
The writer (Stewart) lost ALL credibility with this quote -- "... And with what I??™ve seen on the Hilltop so far, Bielfeldt might be the best forward in Peoria right now."
