probably any other game in the season and he gets a T..but I'm glad they didn't call it there
 
Packer just said that Kansas knows what it is like to be in a OT championship game because they played in one in the 50's!

How the H E double hockey sticks does that do this years team any good?!?!
 
Kansas threatening to runaway with the overtime. KU up 69-63 halfway through overtime.

Did I say something before about making free throws? ;)
 
Well, good run by Memphis, but they should have had this game won. Congratulations to Kansas and Bill Self for winning the championship.

Do you think this game changes the way coaches defend with a 3pt lead and 10 tics left? Why take the chance...just foul and put em on the line
 
I always believe in fouling instead of letting someone shoot for the tie at the end; poor freethrow shooting at the end cost Memphis the championship.

They tried to foul and did with 5-6 seconds left, but the refs didn't call it. Calipari was arguing that point with the ref at the end of regulation.
 
A comeback/choke job for the ages. Considering that most of their roster lost to BU in '06, this makes BU's win over that team look all the more impressive.

Seriously, though... some of the players' parents probably weren't even born then.
