The great thing is as an added bonus, our south suburban Chicago PBS station will be airing the Indiana St./Indiana game, since they are located close to the Illinois/Indiana border. That may be worth checking into from time to time.

Well, InSt struggling to score, missing some easy shots, but so is Indiana. It is 13-7 Hoosiers at the under 12 minute timeout.

Another possible Big East victim by the hands of the Valley as Evansville leads Miami Fla. 39-33 at the half! Nothing like home cooking after that loss to Lipscomb!

The Sycamores are hanging tough! Down just 15-13 with about 9 minutes left in the first half!

Go Sycamores! Go Valley! :D

Indiana State always plays a great game against Indiana. And the Hoosiers are hurting with the loss to Butler still fresh in their minds.

The problem is that you can never use this game to guage how well ISU will be, since they always play close games with the Hoosiers.

Box score shows Indiana went to the FT line 32 times and made 20,
the Sycamores went only 13 times and made 6.

Good point. But they still did the Valley proud tonight, despite the loss. Not bad for a team picked to finish last in the Valley!

I'm more disappointed that Evansville couldn't close the deal at home after winning for most of the game. I'd be interested to hear how they lost the lead and the game.

As a conference, I think the Valley is past the point of moral victories. If you want to be treated as a major conference, you can't be proud with a loss.
