By the way, in SIU's 66-49 win over Drake, they played without 4 of their players. Leading scorer (15.0 ppg) Aaron Cook has still not played since breaking his hand in a loss to Murray State on November 19. He was supposed to be out 4-6 weeks, but has now missed 9 weeks and their last 13 games. Wonder if they will redshirt him?
They were also missing injured junior center Stevan Jeremic (ankle injury), redshirt-freshman forward Sekou Dembele (broken tibia), and Ronnie Suggs, who suffered an ankle injury this past week in practice.
