MVC the best Non-BCS league this year?

No doubt the Valley is on an upswing with all of the fine talent recruited the past few years. This guy may be a little optimistic since outside of CU and WSU the Valley is still somewhat weak. But within a year or two......

Yeah, until we start earning multiple bids again, we don't have much room to say we are the best Non-BCS conference. If the Valley can show we can field two or three bids this year, than I will agree with that assessment. Until then though, Valley teams need to show people they can beat the BCS teams on their schedule.
