Here is a discussion of the NBA salary cap and how each team stands. So far, only the NBA Atlantic Division teams are profiled--

For the Toronto Raptors, Anthony Parker is the best bargain the have (3rd paragraph)--

But the most amazing fact is with the Knicks.
Allan Houston, Jalen Rose, Maurice Taylor, Shandon Anderson, and Jerome Williams haven't played for them for years, but were still being paid. These busts come off the salary roll next year. That will save the Knicks over $50 million, and yet their payroll will still be over $90 million next year, by far the highest in the NBA. --
