There are 2 more games later...

yesterday in ...

Game 2- Indiana beat Orlando 86-77
Adam Koch (Indiana) ended with only 1 pt, Orton (Orl) ended with only 3 pts

Game 3- OKC beat Boston 87-82
Luke Harangody (Bos) had 23 pts

Game 4- Philly beat NJ 84-74
Evan Turner (Phila) had 12 pts, 8 rebs, 4 asst, Tweety Carter (NJ - ex-teammate in HS of Eddren McCain) did OK with 5 pts, 3 rebs, 4 asst, 3 steals,
Duke's Brian Zoubek (NJ) had a rough game - only 3 pts, 3 rebs, 5 fouls

There are four more games today

Utah 78 - Gordon Hayward 14 pts,
Orlando 73 - Daniel Orton still stinking it up with 0-2, 6 pts

OKC currently leading Charlotte 71-70 - Sherron Collins likewise struggling, 2 pts, no rebounds...

In the final 3 games yesterday..
Charlotte beat OKC 86-85, Sherron Collins 2 pts, 2 asst, no reb

Philly beat Boston 86-69, Evan Turner (Phi) 13 pts, 3 reb, 4 asst, 2 steals
Harangody (Bos) 14 pts, 12 rebs

NJ 80 - Indiana 69, Adam Koch (Ind) did not play, Louisville's Terrence Williams (NJ) 24 pts, 7 reb!

I cannot find anywhere that Osiris Eldridge is on any summer roster...

For the Pacers, Adam Koch played 10 minutes, missed his only shot, had one pt, (1-2 on FT), 2 reb, no asst, blocks, or steals

Orton also looked inept...started but went 1-8, 3 pts, 3 reb but 4 turnovers - the guy should have never been a 1st rounder, and he's gonna make John Calipari's "Greatest day in the history of Kentucky basketball" idi-otic comments look even worse.

By contrast, Luke Harangody - taken 23 spots below Orton - was 9-13, 23 pts, 4 rebs..he's gonna turn out to be the steal of the draft..

2 1/2games already done on Thurs..

--UNI's Adam Koch was given a start and more than 17 minutes of play but only hit 1-6, had 3 pts, 2 rebs..

--Harangody had 16/7 and has been the most impressive player so far in some people's eyes..

--the least impressive thus far is Kentucky's Daniel Orton...for the 4th game in a row, he gets big minutes and produces nothing...4 pts/4 reb

--James Augustine is scoreless and Hayward has 5 pts/2 reb at halftime of their game

The Orlando summer league is over and the Las Vegas league has begin.....

not a lot of surprises...many obscure players...

Iowa State's Craig Brackins played over 30 min, had 8 pts, 5 reb
Mac Koshwal was scoreless on 0-2 and six fouls in 12 minutes!! (hello Europe)
Eglseder was DNP
Central Florida's Jermaine Taylor making a bid to get onto someone's opening day roster with 25 pts, 7 rebs, 3 asst from a guard spot.

Blake Ahearn 4 pts on 1-3 in 14+ minutes

probably just a lot of sore losers who also lost money when they bet on Kansas

btw-- Illinois' Shaun Pruitt had 10 pts, 7 rebs in just 13 minutes today

Portland beat Houston 84-67 in summer league play...

Osiris Eldridge was said to be on the Portland roster, and King O even tweeted that he was in Las Vegas and ready to play...

BUT -- he was apparently not on the roster... his name does not appear in the box score...
http://www.nba.com/summerleague/games/20100711/PORHOU/gameinfo.html#nbaGIboxscore

Nevada's Luke Babbitt had 13 for Portland, Chase Budinger had 21 for Houston, while Blake Ahearn went scoreless (0-3).

Minnesota plays tomorrow nite with POB.

John Wall has a nice debut...
played more than 33 min, 7-15 and a lot of FT, scored 24 pts, 8 asst, 8 TO

John Scheyer has 11 pts, 7 rebs

O was a late add, so he's not on the roster yet. Didn't get in the game but was on the bench.

Patrick O'Bryant has solid outing in NBA summer league.....

His T-Wolves lost to the Spurs, and they only scored 61, but POB was ok...
he started & played 33:39 minutes, was 4-9, 9 pts, 7 rebs, 1 asst, 2 steals, and ONLY 1 foul!!
Nobody else even had more than 5 rebs nor 13 pts...
The Spurs' starting center was held to just 3 pts on one made basket

Jordan Eglseder played 10:15 for the Pistons, and was 0-2, scoreless and just 3 rebs...

From games last night...

Portland beat New Orleans 81-69 and again, Osiris Eldridge did not get off the bench.
Craig Brackins had 9 pts, 3 reb

Sacramento beat LA, DeMarcus Cousins had a fine game 19 pts, 12 reb
Derrick Caracter continues to impress.

Memphis beat Milwaukee 67-64 - Dinma Odiakosa got his first action with Memphis, and his stat line looked like this:
0 points, 0 rebounds, 0 assists, 0 blocks, 0 steals, 1 foul, 2 turnovers

John Scheyer just 2 pts, 2 rebs, no asst
