Man it is night & day in the physical and athletic nature of St. John's (Big East) and MVC. I thought UNI was the toughest team physically in the Valley. They are getting BULLIED! Not playing bad actually the last 10 min.

Bradley HAS to become a defensive-minded and rebound-minded team next season. Scoring will come, but getting in big deficits just deflates a team (as BU experienced the last 2 games and in 2-3 road games in the reg. season).
 
There could be some good games to watch today but they lack excitement IMO. Rooting for St Lou, Mich St, and Illini.
Don't care about anyone else and even the teams above aside from Illini...meh

St. Johns has won 20/21, won the BIG East regular season, the BIG East tournament, and booted Uconn out of the arena in the BIG East tournament final with a 20 pt win. How St. John's ended up a 5 seed is absolutely beyond me. They were ranked AP 9 in last weeks poll I believe. They should have been a 2 seed or 3 at worst IMO. Just look at them and you can tell...

Seeding has been a joke for years. They contradict themselves all the time when being asked why they made their decisions. ST.Johns is definitely one of the best 10 teams in the country.
 
I can't stand how unevenly these are officiated. Some call anticipatory calls due to the players flopping. Others allow players to bump and bang the offensive players.

Yes, the post players being allowed to commit criminal battery with their back-sides is getting out of hand. Yet the slightest touch in other circumstances gets whistled for a foul.

The only upset was #11 Texas over #3 Gonzaga.

Has it ever happened that all teams feom the Top 5 conferences made the Sweet 16? Sad that only 1 mid major is left out of 24.

Yes, it happened for the first time in history just last year.
The 2025 Sweet 16 did not have any mid-majors. All 16 teams were from the top 4 Power Conferences, SEC, Big Ten, Big 12. and ACC.
