New addition to Bradley men's basketball staff- Malik Garner- Coordinator of Player Development & Scouting

Malik Garner comes to Bradley after serving this past season (2025-26) as a Graduate Assistant on the staff of Creighton Head Coach Greg McDermott.

He worked the previous 2 seasons (2023-25) as a Graduate Manager at High Point University under Head Coach Alan Huss. Huss also moved to Creighton this past season and served as Associate Head Coach, and was just named the new Head Coach after McDermott retired. Also on the staff at both High Point and Creighton with Malik Garner and Alan Huss was former Bradley Coaching Staff member in 2020-21 and 2021-22, Mike Nesbitt.

He is originally from Midland, Michigan, and played at Saginaw Valley State and at Le Moyne College, when they were still a D2 program. At Le Moyne, his head coach was former Bradley DBO Patrick Beilein. He graduated in 2020, which was the season before Christian Davis arrived. Le Moyne cancelled their 2020-21 season due to Covid, but Christian Davis was their leading scorer as a redshirt-freshman in the 2020-21 season.
