Next game: Bradley vs. South Dakota State, Friday, Dec. 4, 7:00 pm

Tough loss. SDS 17 for 26 from three point range. I hate getting beat by three's. But I think this game will help us infinitely more than beating up on another Judson.

This was a repeat of the Valpo game last year. Agree that we beat them 9 out of 10 times.

Credit to SDSU for lighting it up from 3. They tied a Carver Arena record with their 17 made 3's. I thought we didn't move our feet very well on defense which certainly contributed to their getting wide open looks. Maybe the Judson game gave them a little false sense of security who knows. I'm sure Wardle will make sure he gets their attention now. This game certainly has provided him some teachable moments. I would hope this was a game that will benefit us as the season progreeses. Onward.

I absolutely hate losses like this. Bradley outplays them in almost every aspect outside of 3 point shooting, and if they merely have a really good or even great night, say shooting between 45-50%, Bradley wins this game going away. They made 10-12 from 3 in the second half. That’s just ridiculous, and it’s not like they were all great looks. One was with 1 second left on the shot clock from like 6 feet beyond the arc and another came after a missed traveling call. Losing a game when you played better than your opponent because they can’t miss on outside shots is infuriating.

I am not so sure that Bradley could beat this team 9 out of 10 games. If it wasn't for Henry's points and play, we would have been blown out in the second half. Our team rushed the ball too many times without passing. SDS did not have to play hard on defense. We should have made them run more on defense to wear them out. They have good shooters. Bradley has better athletes, but we have not learned to play as a team. I believe Wardle will get them to play better as the season progresses.

Coach - thanks for keeping the updates on game times and where to find them on TV on the site. This has really made it easy to make sure I don't miss anything with the ever changing scheduling this year. What would we do without you! :D
