Bradley plays at Northern Illinois in DeKalb on Wednesday, Dec. 2, at 7:00pm.
Bradley isd 4-2 after the 1-1 weekend results in Las Vegas. Northern Illinois is 1-4. Their last game was a close loss at Northern Iowa on Saturday.
NIU's leading scorer is Xavier Silas, who is averaging 18.0 ppg, but he has played in only their first game, and has missed the last 4 games due to injury. Silas is a 6'5" junior guard who transferred from Colorado, where he played there for current NIU coach Ricardo Patton, and was a starters and their 3rd leading scorer. His father, James Silas, is a former NBA player.

Other starters and key players are:
6'2" junior guard Darion Anderson, averaging 11.8 ppg (2nd on the team), and a team-leading 9.6 rpg.
6'11" Sean Kowal, also a transfer from Colorado. He is averaging 10.6 ppg (3rd on the team), and 6.6 rpg.
6'4" freshman guard Tony Nixon has started 4 games, and is averaging 8.4 ppg.
5'11" Mike Dinunno is a sophomore guard who has started 4 games and is averaging 5.0 ppg. He is a good 3-point shooter, but so far this season he is only 4-23 from three.
6'5" forward Ervin Najul is a 6'5" senior forward (a juco transfer) who has started 3 games, and averages 4.4 ppg.

Sounds like Xaiver Silas will be re-evaluated on Dec. 1st before any return date is set. Looking forward to a good game and hope Bradley can come out with a road WIN!

Classic trap game. BU will be lucky to come away with a win. It's a must though if we want to entertain dancing at all. This kind of reminds of the Western Illinois game that came just a few days after beating Michigan in '97. We played the game of our lives against the eventual Big 10 champs, and then went over to Macomb and laid an egg (in typical Mo fashion). We can't have that this year.

The players know the importance of this game , need to play with the same energy level as the Illinois game, this is a must win if we expect to reach our goals for a high win total before the conf. season starts.

We need to play with the same energy level we did against Illinois every game! As see no reason why our guys cannot get up for each and every game. I understand when teams like UNC take a game off because one they have the talent to win on talent alone and two it would be hard press for them not to make the dance. We have zero luxuries of the kind! We need to prove that we belong each and every game.

I see where Bradley is in section 116 behind the basket, anyone driving up can order tickets thru NIU ticket office , I got good lower bowl tickets only 9.00 each a few days ago in section 104 which is close to half court.
