Next Up Michigan State - Winnable?

Singh should start

he's got the build to at least stay with a center (for a bit)
I think if he plays with some fire under his butt...and knows that if he doesn't step up...there is very little 5 production...he oculd be very effective.

From what i've seen he's been playing like it's his senior year (good timing right?). and that could be enough to get him goin in the 5 spot.

then AT and DC splitting after him

but overall I think Singh should start and then give AT some quality learning minutes for the following seasons

Yes...after 4+ years now its Sam's turn to step up...and I do believe he has it in him to be productive...then again, it leads me to saying that he as well only has so much talent...

Thats why I want to see AT, because AT has the most time left here on campus AND he has the most upside to bring to the table...

The kid has talent, he just needs to get on the floor to be able to show it.

I really hope we get to see him play some quality minutes on Sunday and get some good results on the stat sheet or at least help the team compete for a victory on the road.

Oh agreed, but i'd still rather have Singher start...he's played on big stages before and can handle it.

Singh and AT splitting bulk of minutes with help from DC when there is a big line out there.

but I agree that AT should get some time to help develop

I'm still going to stick with "season screwed".

Expecting a loss like the last time we were there.

Sorry, just telling it like it is.

WE and AW busted vs. Michigan State. Cant trust anyone who legitimately thinks we're going to win.

I don't necessarily "think we're going to win", but I also don't take for granted that we're going to lose. That's what I love about college basketball, every game provides the possibility of upset. Think Chaminade over Virginia...... Heck, think BU over Pitt and Kansas.

Go Braves! Shock the world! Beat MSU!

We're going to lose....and I don't care if we lose by 1 or 100. All that matters right now is getting ready for the conference season. I was really starting to see some things that would have translated well in conference play. One of those areas took a huge hit on Saturday. With WE continuing to develop, I really saw us contending for a title this year. Now, I don't see us higher than 4th or 5th because of our gaping hole in the middle. So, from now until the end of the month, the goal is to get healthy, find a patch for the sieve that is the paint, and get ready for the 18 game conference season. It's all that matters at this point.

Sam needs to step up big for us. He needs to use his size. Also, as JL has said when he gets the ball down low take it to the hole don't look to kick it back out and defeat the purpose of getting down to him. I to want to see what AT can do. It's time to suck it up.
