Sorry I kept harping back. I agree with your thought process 99.9% of the time. I guess my GF pissed me off and someone had to pay! sort of like the NCAA going after Cleveland State because Kansas committed some infractions.

So in that case, it might be a detriment for too much info to be out on a message board about who a coach is recruiting. Most coaches are highly secretive about recruiting info, as well as game-plan info.

Here is an article about UCS football coach Pete Carroll, and how he has become very secretive about recruiting (like Coach Les) and asks kids not to comment publically about their recruitment or commitment to USC because other schools try to steal them with negative recruiting--
