In the latest MVC stats, Belmont ranks 2nd in team offense, 3rd in defense, 1st in scoring margin, 1st in FG%, 1st in FG% defense, 1st in 3-point FG%, 1st in rebounding, 1st in rebounding margin, and 1st in assists. They are #1 among MVC teams in the NET (#67) and Kenpom (#84).
IMO, they have to be considered the favorites in the MVC this season.

I have watched Belmont. They are a good team. They have a center that could create alot of problems for us

I'm happy for Peoria Notre Dame's Eoin Dillon, who is getting playing time for Belmont after redshirting last year because of injury. He had 12 points against UC Irvine.

His best game at Belmont, so far. His 12 points came in just 11 minutes of playing time. He was 4-5 from three.
