One MVC game Tuesday, Nov. 28

The first MVC conference game is tonight, Tues. Nov. 28, and it should be a good one- SIU (4-1) at Indiana State (5-1)- https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/scoreboard/_/date/20231128/group/18

Indiana State is the top offensive team, averaging 89.2 ppg through 6 games. And Southern Illinois is one of the top defensive teams every year. This year they are yielding an average of 63.2 ppg. The game is at 7:00 pm and is on ESPN+.

I will take Ind. St. in this game. Should be interesting a high scoring offense going against a usually defensive minded team.

I agree, mainly since the game is at the Hulman Center in Terre Haute. They are tough to beat at home, and Indiana State is clearly the better team this season. Bradley did manage to win there last year, but they had lost 13 of the previous 14 games played there.

I watched a little bit of the second half. ISU blue looked very good but then SIU looked real bad. Turned it off with In St up 30
 
Watched this game.

Indiana St looked good.
That being said southern looked real bad, they just don’t seem to have much athleticism and it really showed in this game. I also was not impressed at all with SIU’s defense.. not typical SIU defense at all.

Ind. St. plays fast but we have the shooters and defense to shut them down. Concentrating more on winning the game at Murray St. tomorrow night.We owe them for last season at their place.
