I'll have to say that NC, UCLA and Butler look the most impressive so far. UCLA won by 40 and NC is in the process of winning by 40 and could of won by 50 easily if wanted to. I still think Memphis will take it all but we'll see. In other games, MS State has stormed back to a 1 point lead after being down at the half against Oregon. OK & St. Joes in a relative close one with OK up by 6. Looks like we could be in for another 1 or 2 close ending early evening games.

And the team that many thought shouldn't be in was just taken down. MS State pulled away in the final 2 minutes after being down 10 at the half. OK also finished off St. Joes by 8. 4 11+ seeded teams pull off upsets in the first round, lets see what happens to them this weekend.

IU/AR refs callin the quick T's tonight. IU's interim coach Dakich just picked up a T for arguing in first 3.5 minutes of the game LOL.

Well, doesn't look like any close ones for the late evening games. AR is handling Indiana rather easily, up by 7 at the half. One of the AR players sprained his ankle badly also, he had 6 of the first 21 points for AR. Boise State is no match for Louisville, the big L is up by 13 at the half and has been in control the whole way. Clemson is in the process of demolishing Villanova, up by 16 with 3 minutes before the half. And then Memphis is of course demolishing UT-Arlington, up by 14 with 8 minutes before the half. Still been a good day of hoops even with my brackets thrown in the dumpster.
