This team lacks a killer instinct. That's all there is to it. We close out close road games and can't close out close home games. What's the problem? I don't even know. But it has to be addressed.
It's not a matter of effort, that much can be said. It's scheme.
Boo, booo boo booo booo boo boo boo boo
CB said " kids should never be booed. News flash CB the boos were not aimed at the kids. I've always heard we had knowledgible fans and I think we surely do. I have never booed a Coach, official or player but our fans were booing the TICKING TIME BOMB. That last 4 minutes were very poor. The first 36 the best we have played.
I've seen enough. Signing off of Bradleyfans for the last time. Wish you all well, but I need to find something more meaninful and promising to spend my time on. I have been a Bradley fan through SO MUCH . . . it's turning into folly, and I just can't take it anymore. I was there all through Albeck, all through Molinari, and all through Les. Three failures in a row who will have eaten up the better part of three decades.
To all the inevitable "don't let the door hit your *** on the way out" posts, save your keystrokes. You don't know me, and I won't be checking back.
Sincerely, I wish Bradley well, and I hope a new generation of fans finds the energy and will to rebuild this program. I sense, however, that Bradley is on a long road to obscurity. I feel a little like Urban Meyer (without the paycheck) right now. I NEVER thought I'd say this. But being a Bradley fan has become a destructive part of my life. I care too much, and I just don't have the energy anymore.
GO BU.

The poor coaching was the reason for the booing, we had 4 guys that would have been a better matchup to bring the ball up the court then Sam was against Dillard and the double team, Warren,Brown or Roberts were all quicker and bigger the the guys that were guarding them, Dillard is just a better player then Sam and our coach should have known this and adjusted by getting the ball to one of the other 3 period.
With better coaching our team should be 9-3 , not 6-6 and still making excuses about losing games you were ahead by 10 or more points at home.
I like Les but I must admit that he did get outcoached at the end of the game (and it also did not help that BU's players failed to execute).
JL's coaching did not lose this game. Turnovers late and clutch shooting by SIU is what lost it. I don't see how that's the coach's fault.
We left 3 pt shooters open several times tonite. The last play for SIU where Dillard was isolated to draw the D and we let Freeman wide open in the corner. Anyone should have helped other that whoever was guarding Freeman...I think it was SM...it was a great play that CL drew up
