Sorry, I just couldn't resist.....

Phillip Gilbert started the season with Clermont of the French Pro A League. But he never played for them, and has now signed with Saint Quentin of the French Pro B League.--

He has played in only 2 games so far, but he was their leading scorer with 14 points in his first game, and is averaging 10 points per game for Saint Quentin.--

Saint Quentin is 3-8 and currently in 17th place in the 18 team league.--

Phil Gil has been all over the place and hampered by injuries since graduating. Hopefully he can find a steady team and stay healthy. That way he can concentrate on playing some good basketball and not worrying about where his next paycheck is coming from.

Yeah I always thought his Senior year team (my Junior year team) was talented enough to go to the post-season. I'm all bummed because the year before i started at Bradley we made the NIT, and the year after the NCAA Sweet 16. But we didn't do jack when I went there.

His broken foot really really hurt that team but when he came back healthy we really played very good basketball and even though we had to do the play in in STL I really thought we would make a huge run.

Instead we got absolutely murdered by ISU.
