PJ Star Friday 12/5

Does anyone really believe the SS can dunk? Or even seen this supposed dunking ability. Unless it is on a bent rim with a volleyball, I dont believe it :)

The guy has been through virtually everything at BU, glad to see he has obviously took WE under his wing and I am sure his experiences will help WE get through his stumbling block.

Sam really seems to have everything in perspective. I'm sure he'll be a success in life.

I enjoyed it quite a bit. I can't remember if such an in-depth interview were done recently for other Bradley players?

I hope Sam has a great year. He's been a warrior for us. I remember in that UMKC loss, he was really fired-up trying to get the team to win the game.

I also don't recall that this has ever been done with other players or coaches, past or present. I think it would be a great idea to do more profiles like this.

I seem to recall that there was a suggestion over the summer that the PJS should do a series of player interviews by someone right here on the board. I doubt that's where the idea came from, but who knows?

they've done player profiles before, but i do believe this is the first time they've done it in the Q&A interview format. i'd imagine that probably came about because SS is such a talkative, personable guy. it does him more credit to just give his full answers than try to paraphrase him. he's a really good guy, i hope he lands that PR job he's looking for.

I have been asking for this type of interview from the PJS on a weekly basis for a while now...this reminds the fans that these are kids with hopes, dreams and setbacks just as the rest of us encounter in life...Kudos to Dave for writing this segment....can we get more....PLEASE! We always get post game interviews with the "Stars of the game"...but we have already heard most of what they will say...I want ot hear from all players about thier BU experience and what they want to gain from it after BU! :D
