HOW MANY YEARS do we have to listen to our head coach talk about HIS players "playin casual" and "not buyin in" to explain HUMILIATING losses at home?

When is the last time you saw a Tom Izzo team ot a Coach K team or, heck . . . a Greg Marshall team, for cryin out loud, play CASUAL??????????????????????????

And we have a coach who is in YEAR FRIGGIN NINE and he still hasn't figured out how to MOTIVATE???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Good question. You must have an agenda. ;)

Lack of fear/respect for the coach? Not fearing the loss of playing time? No urgency? Not sure. You can't hold anyone accountable though, if you do you either have an agenda or are just a jerk ripping on college kids who get to go to a very expensive school for free.

Agreed on all counts. If JL is so concerned about the team not looking ready during warmups, then yank them off the floor, send the starters back to the locker room, tell them they're not coming back out until they get their s@#! together, and START THE WALK-ONS! You don't wait until AFTER these kids have ALREADY LOST to a pi$$poor troop of misfits AT HOME to make your point. 18-year-old kids will not lead themselves. They need a leader. They need a coach.

He always makes up excuses about his team, well he is responsible for getting them ready and prepared to play, he has failed big time and I also am tired of hearing the same old crap.

Have to agree fully w/ this statement. Why keep the same guys in the game if they aren't doing the job. Play the walk ons as it can't get much worst and maybe the benching to a group of walk ons would have got someones attention.

Let me guess...we're going to start 'taking things away' and 'open up all positions'...the same old BS we try every year after the humiliating home loss. Just a guess though.

At this point I wouldn't be surprised if we do something like that, get a response, and go out and beat WCU. It would be par for the course. The thing is, the good teams and programs bring it every night and don't have to resort to these things to get a response. It's expected and demanded. We only do things after embarrassment. Not winning by double-digits should have been the embarrassment.

Spot on again. JL's teams always seem to RESPOND after bottoming out. But good teams don't need to bottom out before responding. Good teams with good coaches just bring it every night.

The other team is on a run? Why call a time out, that would make too much sense.

We're getting on a roll? I think I'll call a time out to kill our momentum.

Last play of the half? Lets just have Sammy hold the ball until the clock gets down to about 8 seconds and then just have him drive in and throw up a wild shot.

Call me a JL hater or whatever you want, but those 3 things happen EVERY GAME, and I'm tired of seeing them.

Both of these things happened way too much tonight.

On 2 or 3 of the BU timeouts we came out and turned the ball over. I honestly do not remember a BU timeout leading to anything positive. On the other side we allowed Eastern to run at least 9 straight and waited for a media TO.

Yep...you know it's coming...the annual "these guys are getting too comfortable...they aren't appreciative of everything that is given to them...they are gonna run until they drop in practice...every starting spot is up for grabs...the 5 guys that show me the most effort in practice will get the minutes...and now, your Bradley Braves...starting lineup: Egolf, Simms-Edwards, Dunson, Warren, and Maniscalco...rinse, lather, repeat, buy in, blueprint, repeat..."

So exhausted by it all...just make it stop.
