Poll: How much do you care about the government shutdown?

Disclaimer: Since I don't get my income nor any other handout from the federal government I have my bias....I don't care as much as some if the whole government shuts down. What do you think?

The government does nothing efficiently. The government is the problem, not the solution. I hope they do shut down. I wanted to vote for both A and B.

I'd like the WHOLE government to shut down for just a day or two. I guarantee that you would change your tune if that happened just once.

BTW, I'd answer none of the above on the poll. C is closest, but most vital services would have continued due to the "shutdown" not being a total shutdown. National Parks and Zoos would have been closed, but not sure that is really vital. A total shutdown would have made D the obvious answer, as virtually 100% of the people in the U.S. are dependent on the government. Unfortunately, many of them are totally unaware of just how dependent on it they are. They'd find out real quick if there was ever a 100% shutdown.

I don't think anyone realized how many federal employees we have here at Bradleyfans. Thats pretty interesting. Yea, i'm "non-essential". So my key card would have stopped working - but due tot he compromise, I do in fact get to go back to work on monday, and I couldn't be happier about it.
