I don't know much about Nova... but I have to think Georgetown is one of the wealthiest schools in the country.
I think they're also non-scholarship. That's a big leap to make.

Has a presence in several good markets and I think would command at least 3 or 4 NCAA bids each season.

I think this group of schools would also create a lot of synergy for establishing a premier academic league of private, mid-western schools. The name Ivy league is taken, maybe it could be the "Corn Tassel League."![]()

If we had an opportunity to join a league with creighton, wsu, butler, xavier, Dayton, SLU, depaul and Marquette I hope we'd jump at the chance without reservation.
Without a doubt! Continuing with the status quo in this situation would be a bad deal for us. A super mid-west non-football league would be killer and if they can brand it with some academic impact and cooperation the sky is the limit to the potential revenue and quality of student it would attract. Do not kid yourself if this becomes a reality that the Administration would not jump at it.
