Saint Louis is hosting a ridiculous cupcake, NC A&T tonight...
They probably thought it would be an easy laffer victory before their conference games start...

Well guess again RickMa, as NC A&T takes a big lead into halftime, 35-21.

at one point the Billikens were 4-26 from the floor, but ended the half at 6-26.

this one could really help the MVC pull away from the A-10 in Conference RPI!
(NC A&T is 3-7 but not very good and plays nothing but 300 RPI teams the rest of the season!
Their 3 wins are against 3 teams - UTPA, Coastal Carolina, Norfolk St. - who have a combined record of 6-26)

no, they were 4-26 and ended 6-28...sorry

SLU coming back big time in the 2nd half...
46-41 down by 5 with 11 min to go
 
wow, SLU shot only 30% from the floor and only 20% from 3-pt range and still won!
SLU also went to the line 30 times and made 21 compared to just 8-9 for their opponent...so sounds like they caught a few breaks.
