We have been talking a lot about the new players so I want to talk about Sam S. a little. Does anyone know how he is doing? I still think he has a great feel for the game and could be a good player. Anyone have any thoughts, comments, editorials, dissertations, etc... :)

I heard the even by the end of the season, his knee was still bothering him a little, and limited how much he could do. He will benefit from some time off from the rigors of practices for the next few months. But it's possible he will never be able to play at the level his knee woukld have allowed if not for the injury.

I think a lot will depend on how much Sams knee progresses during the off-season; hopefully he will be able to work on better flexibility this summer and be able to go thru drills like J.C. did last summer as I believe he has the talent to play on this team if he can just stay healthy.

Still not sure if Sam will even have the athletic ability to play more than a few minutes for this team...

As far as I can tell, everyone else will be able to get up and down the court pretty well...

Sad to say, but Sam would've been a star on a Mo team
