Soccer- BU vs. Maryland

from what they said on the audio feed, the game should be Sunday at 1pm their time, soon Noon our time. Any idea if the Braves club is going to have a bus or multiple buses because if they do sign me up!
 
Some facts about Ohio State...

Early in the season they played to a 2-2 tie against Creighton, in Omaha.
They have played Indiana twice, but scored zero goals in regulation. One of the games went to shootout and OSU won 5-4 in PKs.
In SIXTEEN of their games they scored zero or one goal....so they are NOT a scoring juggernaut. They avg 1.33 goals per game.
Only one of their players has scored more than 4 goals on the season, BU has 4.
 
Wow! I did know until I read the paper a few hours ago that Bradley pulled this game out. I went to bed early yesterday with a migraine headache after Bradley was already losing 2-0. Plus most of my recording of the SIU/Indiana game did not come out from the satellite due to the ice storm. So not a great night for me last night!

But nice to hear BU is now heading to an Elite Eight showdown with Ohio St. Hopefully the Bradley basketball team will follow suit with a win against OSU rival Michigan St on Tuesday, and that the snow won't be too bad since that game is on ESPN U!

However seeing as it was so late and i'm sure most of the players didn't get much sleep Friday night, i'm betting they were just wanting to come back home and hit the bed with a shorter rally. Keep in mind that they were coming from the eastern time zone so it was like arriving back about 1-2am. Next weekend will be crazy, keep your ears peeled for a bus announcement. I bet that bus will fill up in 2 hours or less.

There was many more than 75 people there, trust me because I was there. Maybe 75 students, but most of the south side of the fieldhouse was full(the bleachers), I'd guess around 200 or more people including the band.

They also carry a 13 game unbeaten streak coming to this game...
 
This soccer coach is just like Gary Williams.................whines and cries when things don't go their way. This is the reason why I can't stand anything about the U. of Maryland -- there coaches and fans are rude, obnoxious elitists. Peckerheads is the word that comes to mind ;) (can I say that:lol:)

You may have noticed that the school paper also had an article on VCU beating the mens' basketball team. A bad weekend for Maryland sports.
