This is billed as the last game at the Fieldhouse for the men's basketball team.
And the game was arranged as a favor to Richard Les, father of Jim Les, who is a 1953 graduate of St. Ambrose University.
The St. Ambrose Fighting Bees are an NAIA Division II Catholic school from Davenport, Iowa.
They were 19-12 last season and finished second in the Midwestern Collegiate Conference (11-3 conference record). Seven players return from that squad.

I just called the Ticket Office and they said there are still plenty of tickets available, but you have to buy them in person.

Is this in danger of selling out since its the last game at the fieldhouse? I can't make it to Robertson until right about game time...will I be able to get tickets then or should I have someone on campus try to pick some up for me this afternoon?

It will not be a sellout. There will be tickets available at the door.
Tickets are general admission except for theater seats, so depending on how early you get there, you could have a great seat.

Keep this in context

Keep this in context

Just remember the Red-White scrimmage game was all D-1 athletes. So hopefully when we do well, we keep that in context.

Somewhere inbetween post Red/White attitude and post St. Ambrose we will win the NCAA championship attitude is hopefully where we will be.

Nevertheless I am very excited about our first game!
