It seems most people agree with this. I also think we need more height in the starting lineup. I think the team keeps plus/minus stats. And if they do, there is a big difference between DC's and MS's.
 
Sommerville lost a starting spot and good things came out of it.

Coach Les and staff have said the #1 motivator could/would be the bench.

certainly this would be a taller lineup but where is the offense coming from?!?! with only two guys who can take a shot we'd be concentrating our offense to the inside. without a good post player i don't see how we would score more than 20 points per half. i like having crouch in because he makes everyone defend him closely and takes pressure off ruffin and warren on the other side.
