Does this mean the 90 days is up and he's been cleared for next season?

The 90 days are up, but he has not been cleared yet. TB announced at last week's Hall of Fame luncheon that his re-testing would not be completed until after the season. I don't think he is restricted from all activity, only sustained athletic activity which conditions the heart.
