Sometimes we take things for granted, but I wanted to say thanks to you guys who run the bradleyfans site, and to all the great, polite, intelligent posters. I really like this site.

I especially like>>
No popups!
No flashing ads!
Nice design and graphics.
This site is easy to navigate, nicely organized, and runs much faster than other bulletin boards.
A ton of great information about Bradley and the Valley, and other college basketball topics.
For those of us who aren't in the Peoria area, the posters keep us informed of all things that are important.

And a special thanks to all the great posters who discuss things with great insight, politeness and with civility.
One of the things I dislike about many other bulletin boards is that peoples petty differences constantly lead to arguments, insults, and derision of others. It's great that there's none of that here. Sports interests like Bradley basketball are supposed to be fun. This site is fun for me, and apparently for others. Thanks. :)

It is pretty cool when a fan of other teams post on here....its usually pretty classy and everyone is usually that way back at them....

No, you're right MrCoachDude. I do like it when we hear from other team's fans here.

I guess what I meant was... it is nice this is not a 'community' board. Because if you say something with a little too much 'kool-aide'... 1st you will hear it from the Illini fans to put you back into your little Mid-Major world... then the SIU fans will stick a fork in ya to remind you of your place below the 'elite' Mid-Majors... then the ISU fans will chime in and give ya the "yea - yea" (agreeing with the Illini and Saluki fans).
 
Thanks squeaky, and others. I get PM's nearly every day from you great Bradley fans telling us what you like about the site.
By the way, the Private Message feature which allows fans to communicate with each other off the board, is one of the things most often mentioned that people like about BradleyFans.

And I also appreciate the supportive and civil discourse that goes on here.
It's been fun, and thanks to everyone.

Seriously, this is a great site in which to post and an even better one to read what's new in BU/Valley hoops and recruiting.

I haven't seen a post from him on either board in many months.

Funny you mention Flipper because I saw a post from Flipper but not in BFt but somewhere else?? on this site and I wrote flipper saying how I missed their avatar. 5-08-07 was their last post.

BTW I liked the previous avatar of MM more then this one.
 
This is my favorite site..........and it cover things about my favorite team that cannot be found anywhere else unles your part of the team!:cool:

I appreciate the fact that I can post in my underwear and no one seems to mind even if my orange skivvies clash with all the red, and that the majority of posters are passionate about their team without reducing it to an 8th grade level.
 
This site makes me feel way too smart about Bradley basketball. I used to not tell people about the site just so I could look like Nostradamus to all my friends.
