Time to open an old wound!

IF Bradley is in the game late ... expect to see a lot of YELLOW courtside, as the PCC staff will prevent the students from rushing the court in the event we can win ...

That'll be AWFULLY embarrassing if we're on Sports Center and nobody is on the court after the biggest game in 25 years ...

But it's ALLLLL about the safety ... :D

Get President Glasser in the front row ... SHE'D rush the court!!

That reminds me ... In the last week, I've seen President Glasser four or five times on campus as well as in the PJStar at the soccer game in Maryland.

Number of times I saw Dr. Broski in my first three years here: zero.

Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Glad you stuck it out those first 3 years. Hope not seeing the president of the university didn't affect your education.

Yeah, Chico, it was a really tough time for me ...

But seriously, it's nice to have a president who's willing to be visible on campus and meet with students instead of a curmudgeon who never seemed to leave the office.

Normally I think storming the court is way overdone.

However, this is one of the few cases where I definitely think it would be justified with a win.

if we win, I will be on the court, look for the chubby guy with shortish hair and a goatee.

Please don't make me the only one.

I got an idea... how about the fans rushing onto Main street and start rioting... busting windows/doors in of shops... flipping cars.

decent idea, can someone see if we can get the Braves club to front bail just this once? I think the situation calls for it.

FYI this is not the biggest game played in Peoria in the last 25 years. It is the highest ranked opponent to play here in those 25 years but not the biggest game.

Let's be optimistic:

WHEN we win, I think it will become one of the biggest games in the last 25 years in BU history.

:D

Not the highest ranked opponent to play here in 25 years either. Wichita State was #2 when we beat them here in 1981-82.

Storming the court implies inferiority. Act like you belong on the biggest stage.

And if you just can't restrain yourself, make sure the game is officially over, and don't do anything that might jeopardize the end result.

it's actually not just safety that's the concern, it's the fact that it's an automatic $10,000 fine for any school who's fans storm the court.

I'm with squirrel on this one. I find it extremely embarrassing when fans storm the court. I bet if someone asked Les what he would prefer he'd agree. Did Mich. St. fans storm the court last year when they beat us? I say it's all about class and feeling like you belong. This will be a BIG win..........but just the first of many more to come;)

I knew that there was a fine for storming the court in the SEC, when did the NCAA decide to fine every school?

Hey, here's my $0.02, FWIW.....

Whoever's in charge of the student section or the liaision between the athletic dept and the student section better be arranging ASAP for the proper procedure. If it's true that there's a $10K fine, don't screw the university. My suggestion is liase with the athletic department, find out if you can get the players to come to you (don't get 'em hurt!!!!!) so that y'all can stay off the court, a la the Dance a couple years ago.

Although I have fond memories of storming the court after the Michigan game back in 97, I was on the shelf for a few days after I sprained my ankle :( In fact, you can see me limping off the floor near the end of the TV broadcast......

Like squirrel said, act like you've done it before. Be a professional. Even though it will be a big win and a big deal, if were as good as we think we can be, this shouldn't be that big a deal, we should expect to beat good teams......if that makes sense.

By the way, I hate ESPNU's lack of availability.......
