At 9:00 p.m. Central, there is an episode of "Meet the Natives: USA", where tribesmen from the South Pacific travel to the USA to get introduced to its culture. This particular episode is in Peoria.

The preview of the episode showed a tribesman waving a towel and cheering at a Bradley game. I think I will have to check this episode out.

I heard the man who was the host family for the 5 Tanna tribesmen, from the South Pacific island of Tanna, part of the island country of Vanuatu, on the radio with Greg and Dan on WMBD early in the week. He said they took them to a Bradley game (Maybe the Lewis game, or possibly the Idaho State game?) and he said they sat in the student section. I don't remember seeing them there, does anyone?
I am anxious to watch this.

I do remember this, they got students to go and stand and cheer with them, myself included, and then had to have us sign release forms to be in the movie. I did get meet the guys that were focused on in the film, they seemed pretty cool. I think there may be a few other posters here that would remember what game that was, I can't recall it right now.

BY the way- for Comcast cable customers, the Travel Channel is channel 49 or channel 453.

I was in town for this game and sitting in the student section. I was trying to figure the whole thing out myself at the time, so it's nice to finally get closure.

By the way, the game was last year against E. Tennessee State... a 13 point win. Glad the game was a W

It makes sense now, since editing and dubbing the narration, etc, takes a lot of time, I wondered how this could have been a game from this year. But it was the Sat., Nov. 29, 2008 game against the East Tessessee State "Buccaneers" from last year. BU won 82-69.
That was also the game Will Egolf injured his knee.
