Clarification- This is just a guess by me. I have no knowledge that Coach Les has a new contract, or what the salary would be. $400K sounds about right to me for a coach with 4 years experience to re-up after a successful run like he had.

But note that Mark Turgeon just extended his contract and it's been reported that his salary is in the vicinity of $750. And he has only had 6 years of head coaching experience at Wichita. And he did not make it to the NCAA tournament until his 6th year.

In my opinion, Les should get a 3 year extension, giving him 4 more years.
I believe squeaky is in the ballpark, $400,000, only because, we need to see some history before Les is in Turgeon-Altman $'s.. Remember they were 13-9. and had not had a winning season in his first 3 years.
If OB is a lottery pick, probably top 14, he should go. I believe that would be a guarantee of 3 years and worth at least $8 million .
If not, he should remain a Brave.
