Update on a couple local kids/recruiting

Champaign Central soph, Verdell Jones, was named All Tourney at the JayHawk Classic, and reported he is getting offers from
Kansas, Louisville, Illinois, Florida, UCLA, and Texas A&M.



Justin Bocot, an uncommitted junior at Bloomington (IL) High School also performed well at the Jayhawk Classic, and is reportedly getting offers from DePaul and Purdue, and well an interest from several MVC schools, Bradley, Indiana State, Missouri State, and Southern Illinois.

Also another local kid from Putnam County mentioned today on Midstatehoops. Obviously heard of Fay but I've never heard of this kid. Has anyone else?

Verdell Jones & Justin Bocot's AAU team, Ft. Sooy was scheduled to play in the Charlie Weber Memorial Day Tournament in Washington, DC, but the entire team was a complete No-Show, and no explanation was available.
