Okay, I am starting to get the Vegas itch and we are a little over a month away. Was just curious who is all making the trip. I will be out there on Tuesay and was curious when everyone was coming in. I am sure most of you are taking the charter. This weather has me looking soooo forward to college hoops and a vacation to SinCity!
 
Why does everyone look angry? Why didn't any of them bother to comb their hair or shave? I like the shirt and tie look, but can't say I am a fan of the scruffy presentation. At least they all did it for the most part, and unity is important.

What are you talking about Jack? The bios? I looked at all of them and didn't come away with that impression at all. In fact, many of the players were very clean cut..... and they all looked professional. Some look very serious and businesslike, but certainly not angry.

It's funny how people can come away with COMPLETELY different first impressions of how someone looks.

I'm on the Friday charter flight, which returns to Peoria on Monday the 30th. One of our esteemed posters is my traveling companion and golfing buddy for the trip!

I'll be there Friday as well. And rumor has it there may be a certain superhero swooping down on Sin City that weekend as well...

BTW...can your Golf carrier be 100lbs ? Or was it fitty pounds?
 
I was going to come, but a wedding, a couple of cars, and a house later I've proven that I'm ignorant of the recession but unwilling to add a trip to Vegas to the bill. :)
 
I'll be there Wednesday through Monday. Though I'm gonna have to pack warmer, coming from Tucson it's probably gonna be about 10 degrees cooler... Is everyone staying at the Mirage? My buddies and I got a great deal for an upgraded room at the excalibur (under $300 for 5 nights), so we're staying there. It's kinda nice because that corner is the closest part of the strip to the Orleans.

Haha, I live in Tucson, why pay Vegas prices when I can shoot in warmer weather for cheaper? But, Im driving, so if a bunch of BU people are playing I might be able to be coaxed into playing a round.
