What school should leave the MVC?

Mmmm

Mmmm

You could say Missouri State has a little advantage as Springfield is only about 3 hours away from St. Louis. Plus alot of the their players are from St. Louis or around that area. I say they move the tourney to a real basketball arena instead of a football dome. MMM...how about the United Center in Chicago. A neutral site for everyone and it would help Bradley's recruiting in the Chicago area.

I would personally love it if the tourney moved to Chicago, i'm from there and could also save on some hotel costs! But the Scottrade Center is just as much of a real basketball arena as the United Center. Both are really hockey arenas (like Carver). The football dome in St Louis is the Edward Jones Dome, and the Rams play there, but not the MVC Tournament.

Chicago

Chicago

Chicago was largely indifferent to the Big Ten Tournament, that's why it has been permanently moved to Indianapolis. It would be a disaster to put the MVC Tourney there.

Oakland will be very good this year. Big and physical. Even though their record may not be flashy going into conference play, they are the real Summit dark horse this year. They feature a big kid that turned down considerable money in Europe and will be an instant league force.

You tell me. . .I don't have any whine detecting equipment.

I'm not opposed to BU taking those types of games. I'm an Anyone. Anytime. Anywhere. type of scheduling fan in terms of building exposure. Always have been. The tougher the better.

John Chaney at Temple also employed the same philosophy and it worked for him for years. They would go into their conference games at around .500, and end the regular season with 18 wins and make it to the dance year in and year out.

Gonzaga will also play anyone, anywhere!
