Wright State - Tuesday 6:00 pm CST

This game needs to be won. If BU is serious about building a resume for the NCAA, they can't afford to lose this game. This type of loss is just more fuel for the selection committee to keep BU out of the NCAA. Anyway, BU should beat a team that they destroyed last year by 40 points, especially when that team hasn't gotten siginificantly better this year- and we have supposedly improved from last year, regardless of the venue.

All that being said, Wright St...............70
Bradley..................65:(

Hope this isn't so, but it's my gut feeling.

I too fear the weekday road game and see us losing a close one 65-60. I still can't believe they scored 15 points in the 2nd half against Butler and won....we will need to be hitting the 3's tonight to win this game...and it is a must that we do because next wednesday looks just about impossible at Hinkle.

I have been harping on this since Day 1, but 4 Horizon League road games is just stupid scheduling. There's not much to be gained, and a whole lot that can be lost by scheduling that way. The UIC game is a thorn in our side, and I don't care who the losses are to, 1-3 against the Horizon League is a major black eye for any postseason consideration.

You are right it just makes things so much more difficult playing all these road games versus the Horizon then it needed to be. We lose tonight and our atlarge consideration will always consist of talk of bad loses to UIC and Wright State... even if both play well all season.

I don't know. I'd rather they play these road games. Sure, if we could have scheduled a road game to a good BCS school, let's do it. However, these four road games are against the top 4 pre-season picks for the Horizon conference right? Wright State just beat a ranked Butler team, and last year Wright State was in the NCAA tourney by also beating a ranked Butler team in the conference tournament.

If we don't want these potential losses to hurt us, then it's simple: win the game. And actually, I think the schedule's fine since we've got a week in between these tough games. Plenty of time to prepare. I'd rather the players get used to road games early than just start in our conference play.
