Is anyone else having difficulty interfacing with the ticket office on making changes to renewal package? I believe Beau has moved on, but so far my inquiries have gone unanswered, and my renewal (mailed in) hasn’t registered yet in the online portal.

I have not tried to contact them, but I if this helps you....

I renewed my season tickets and also sent a donation 2 weeks ago by mail. A few days later I was mailed a letter acknowledging receipt of my donation, but I have not received any notification of receipt for my ticket renewal, nor do the tickets show up in the Bradley/Ticketmaster ticket app yet.

And, yes, Bradley has someone new listed under the title of Associate AD for Marketing and Fan Engagement, which includes overseeing ticketing operations-
      T.J. Christie- https://bradleybraves.com/staff-dire...j-christie/312

However, for questions regarding tickets, you could contact BradleyTicketOffice@bradley.edu or call (309) 677-2625 and whoever is there can probably help.

That does help... they're probably just not far enough along yet. Thanks.

FWIW, I've left VM and Email to those contact points with no reply to either for 1 week plus. I hope they get caught up and regain the responsiveness they've always had at the ticket desk.

One week is totally unacceptable Bradley!! Hire more people. Get some of the students and teach them how to use a regular phone

I have sent multiple emails and made several phone calls since June, and haven't gotten a single response.
The emails sent out over the summer were from "Nathan Bramwell" but if you email him, you get no response. If you call his extension at Bradley, there's a recorded message saying he isn't with Bradley any more and you should call Craig Dahlquist. I have known Craig for years, so I tried sending him a couple emails then I tried calling his extension and left messages. I have never gotten even one response.
With the fan excitement peaking after the TBT experience, you would think they givadam about selling tickets to the fans, but apparently not.
Seems they are really lacking for people who really care.
I know other people who want to get in on season tickets and they likewise have never gotten a return call. This is not good for business.
If they don't care to sell season tix, they'll lose fans or just gonna get people walking up & buying general admission to see games.

Ok, well it looks like there’s been some serious turnover in the Bradley sports marketing and ticketing office. Nathan Bramwell and Beau Woodcock have both moved on to new schools and likely left behind a thin team. No doubt that’s what’s going on.

I trust Dr Reynolds is all over it, and we are gonna extend some grace here and give them time. For now.

Yes, there have been significant staff changes this summer. (It happens at a school Bradley's size.) Both Assoc. ADs for Marketing (Nathan Bramwell and Karen Carty) have moved on, and Beau Woodcock had previously left the ticket office. I've also heard that the Braves Club Director will not be returning this fall. New staff will all be hired, but it will likely take some time for everyone to catch up.

I have an update I thought I'd share regarding season ticket services:

I received a call back from Carla who is Dr. Reynolds' executive assistant, and she was very helpful explaining their current situation and short-term plan.

Due to some recent departures in the area of ticket sales (specifically in the technical / online portal), and subsequent difficulty in finding qualified, willing applicants to backfill, etc... they are caught quite flat-footed. (Side note: our company is facing similar hiring challenges right now, as are many).

The open job postings were hoped to have been backfilled with a start date back on Aug 13 (see attached). As yet, it does not sound like they've found their person. As a result, they currently can't maneuver in the system, and have recently located temporary help they hope can help bridge the gap between now and the start of the season.

Their short-term plan is to simply collect renewal applications until the renewal deadline of 9/6/21. Until that time, they won't process the renewals, discuss changes to ticket holder accounts, etc.

On 9/6 they plan to be in a position to begin processing the renewals (perhaps still with temporary technical staff), and hope to be ready to begin addressing changes and special requests around mid-late September.

It sounds like it'll be a mad rush to the finish line, and they need our patience and trust.

Good thing Dr. Reynolds is all-gas-no-brakes.

That's a convenient excuse, but now another full month has gone by and I have called and emailed their ticket personnel, left messages, and requested a reply and even said that the purpose of my request was to buy additional season tickets and still have never gotten a single reply.
There will be empty seats, so I guess I will just buy general admission tickets. I am kind of done trying to give them business if they don't care. I have had season tickets for decades, so I guess they figure I am already in their back pocket.

I understand and share your frustration. My read on the situation was that they truly are struggling vs just not caring. Time will tell if my read was accurate.

Used to be a time if anyone posted a concern on this message board, that Bobby Parker or someone from Bradley would post a followup right away or would even call the administrator of this board to solve the fans' issues. They bent over backwards to help solve fans' concerns and didn't want unhappy customers. My guess is nobody up there even has a clue now. To me, that's pretty much the definition of "just not caring". Like a lot of old retired fans, I have family in Florida and would love to spend more time there, but I have always hung around to go to Bradley games. Probably be saving a little in the near future.
