    New names-

This is not really a new name. 2023 juco Yaxel Lendeborg- 6'9", 230 pound sophomore forward at Arizona Western College. He was recruited by Bradley last summer, but in November, 2022, he signed with St. John's University. He is originally from Pennsauken, New Jersey.

However, with the coaching change at St. John's (Mike Anderson fired, and Rick Pitino hired), he has reopened his recruitment.
    https://twitter.com/Yaxel_Lendeborg/...75556760866816

As a freshman (2021-22) at Arizona Western, he averaged 12 ppg and 11 rpg and was named a 3rd team NJCAA All-American.
As a sophomore in 2022-23, he averaged 17.2 ppg, 13.0 rpg, and he shot 72.7% from the field (3rd best among all NJCAA players) and 43.8% from three,
He was named a 2nd team NJCAA All-American in 2023

2023 grad transfer Wheza Panzo- 6'7", 200 lb. guard/forward who has played 4 years at Stetson, and is in the transfer portal as a grad transfer.
He is originally from Mississauga, Canada, and attended Hamilton Heights Christian Academy in Chattanooga,Tennessee.
He was a part-time starter his first 3 seasons at Stetson, and averaged between 4 and 4.8 ppg each year.
In 2022-23, he started 30 of 31 games, averaged 8.6 ppg and 4.6 rpg, and shot 46.9% from three. His 46.9% from three would have ranked 2nd among all NCAA Division I players, except he fell just short of qualifying. To qualify, the NCAA requires a player average 2.5 threes per game, and Panzo was 76-162 in 31 games, an average of 2.45 threes per game.

You talk about a pipe dream that could have been, it was possible you could have had mast as a 5th year senior and Lathan as a freshman in the same team.

Man would that have been fun.
I couldn't agree more. Wouldn't it be nice to Lathan Sommerville to stay home? He'd be a Brave legend and the fans would love him.

Lets hope the Bradley NIL money can sway him.
    Mason Walters commits to Wyoming.

I can’t read this whole thing, but seems to indicate Rutgers and Missouri going after him hardest (however biased the Rutgers article may be): https://rutgers.rivals.com/news/2024...es-recruitment
Nothing is for sure but Bradley has several things going for it. Chris Reynolds, Chuck Buescher, and Marcellus Sommerville. Marcellus is a diehard Bradley fan.

He obviously won't get as much recruiting coverage and attention as he would have at the nationally known prep school,
so perhaps that hints that he has already made his decision where he's going to commit?

A couple 2024 recruits that Bradley offered are changing high schools.
The PJ Star's Adam Duvall reports that uncommitted junior Lathan Sommerville, who played this past season at an Atlanta prep school, will transfer and play next season at Richwoods High School-

And I am hearing rumors that Iowa commit Cooper Koch, who played his first 3 seasons at Peoria Notre Dame, is planning to transfer to Metamora for his senior season.
