New name from the portal that Bradley has been in contact with-
Justin Harmon- senior 6'4" guard at Utah Valley University. He is originally from Chicago, and graduated from Curie HS in 2019. He spent 2 seasons at Barton Communty College in Kansas, and averaged 16.0 ppg, 4.6 rpg, and 3.5 apg his sophomore season.
He spent the last 2 seasons at Utah Valley University. He averaged 10.9 ppf as a junior, and lead the team in scoring as a senior (2022-23) with 14.0 ppg, 3.8 rpg, and 2.9 apg, and 34.0% from three.

Bradley reportedly has reached out to L.J. Cryer, a 6'1" junior guard from Baylor who has entered the portal.
He played 3 seasons at Baylor, and started every game this past season, averaging 15.0 ppg and 41.5% from three

The problem is, I count 351 schools recruiting him since he entered the portal, according to this graphic.
If they are all D1 schools, that is all but 6 of them.-
https://twitter.com/CBKReport/status...97748583497733

Here are the logos of the schools recruiting him. Bradley's old (pre-2012) logo is in the middle of the 2nd row-

By the way, that image above showing 351 schools recruiting LJ Cryer is a hoax. No player gets calls from 351 schools, no matter who they are. That image is simply a grid showing all 351 Division I teams that existed from 2012 to 2019. That also explains why many of the logos are old logos that are not in use any more, including the old BU logo (middle of 2nd row).

Tough sledding, Coach. Tough sledding.

Logan Duncombe, a 6'9" Indiana University sophomore who was 4-star recruit, and the #73 overall ranked player in the class of 2021 by 247sports.com, and #72 by Rivals.com. He never played much at Indiana (9 games, 6 mpg, 2.9 ppg in 2022-23) and entered the portal a week ago.
He is originally from Cincinnati, and just committed to Xavier.
He played for Indiana Elite and was a teammate of Connor Hickman. Bradley was interested in him and made contact, but he decided to play for his hometown team.

Probably familiar to Adams.

Yes, he played for Mark Adams, the head of the Indiana Elite program, and father of Drew Adams, as did Connor Hickman. Duncombe was a high-level recruit, and Bradley was not involved in recruiting him out of high school.

This blog site reports that Bradley has reached out to Shereef MItchell-
https://twitter.com/ThePortalReport/status/1643257789928845313

Shereef Mitchell is a 6'1" redshirt junior guard at Creighton, who has entered the portal.

Stats- https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/player/_/id/4432059/shereef-mitchell

He played in 36 games this season, but did not start any. He averaged 7.4 minutes per game, his lowest playing time in any of the 4 seasons he's been at Creighton (he redshirted last year after getting injured early in the season). He averaged just 1.6 ppg, his lowest output in his 4 season, and he shot 34.5% from three (29% for his career) on relatively low numbers.

Not really an impressive list, probably because of his poor numbers in 2022-23, and his injury in 2021-22. But Mitchell was a 3-star recruit, and 247Sports.com ranked him #190 nationally in 2019, so he does appear to have potential.

More portal players that we've learned Bradley has contacted-

Nate Santos- 6'7" sophomore forward at the University of Pittsburgh. He is originally from Geneva, Illinois and graduated from Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Conn. in the class of 2021 as a 3-star recruit. He was rated as high as the #73 player in his class nationally, before suffering a torn ACL his sophomore season. At Pitt, he has played mostly off the bench in the last 2 seasons. he averaged 12.8 minutes per game as a freshman and 2.8 ppg, and this past year as a sophomore, his playing time dropped to 7.3 mpg and scoring dropped to 1.6 ppg.
Yesterday, he entered the transfer portal.

Javian McCollum- 6'2" sophomore guard at Siena. He is originally from Fort Myers, FL. He played a lot, mostly off the bench, as a freshman (18 mpg) and averaged 6.7 ppg and he shot 42.6% from three. As a sophomore, he started 25 of 27 games, and played 30.8 minutes per game, averaging 15.9 ppg, and he shot 35.6% from three. He also averaged 3.9 assists per game.
He entered the transfer portal March 31, and has head from numerous schools, including Drake and Illinois.

Has BU been in touch with Isaiah Rivera from Geneseo? https://www.coloradoan.com/story/sp...tate-basketball-transfer-tracker/70038094007/

Bradley did offer him out of Geneso HS, but he committed to Colorado State in the 2020 class. But I saw he entered the transfer portal last week. It would make sense, and I suspect that Bradley might be pursuing him again now, but I have not heard or seen anything that confirms it.
Here are his stats for 3 seasons at Colorado State. His 3-point percentage is impressive-
https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/player/stats/_/id/4703224/isaiah-rivera

A couple more names our staff has been in contact with-

2023 Daniel Johnson- 6'6" high school senior at Chicago Whitney Young HS. He has a few offers, but is still unsigned. He is rated as a 3-star recruit by 247sports.com and Rivals.com. https://verbalcommits.com/players/daniel-johnson https://247sports.com/player/daniel-johnson-46116048/
Video- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uy4bKTe9h9M (Daniel Johnson is #3 in white uniform)

Portal- Ryan Conwell- 6'4" shooting guard, a freshman at University of South Florida. He is a graduate of Pike HS in Indianapolis, class of 2022, where he averaged 22.6 ppg and 6.7 rpg his senior year. He had many mid-major offers a year ago before he committed to USF, including MVC offers from Indiana State, Murray State, Evansville, and SIU. There is no mention anywhere that Bradley recruited him in high school, but it's possible.
He played 18.6 minutes per game as a freshman at USF, and started 21 of 32 games. He averaged 5.1 ppg and 1.9 rpg, and he was 30.0% from three.
He entered the portal last week. He would have 3 more seasons of eligibility.- https://verbalcommits.com/players/ryan-conwell

An Illinois podcast is identifying him as a possible bench player. I would go hard after him as a potential starter if I were BU.

Bradley has also been in contact with 2023 Almar Atlason- 18-year old 6'9" forward, originally from Iceland, and now playing at Sunrise Christian Academy, near Wichita, Kansas.
He has played for the Iceland National Team, and for a couple pro teams, KR Reykjavik in the Iceland pro league, and for an Italian Serie B team. He put up impressive numbers playing for the Iceland National team.
His videos remind me a little of Luuk va Bree, but appears stronger for an 18-year old.

He is originally from Iceland and has played as an amateur with KR Reykjabik in the pro league there. He played at Sunrise Christian Academy in Kansas this past season. He looks very skilled and athletic. He just turned 18 in December, and would be a freshman with 4 years of eligibility.
