Yeah I think success at that level is very speculative at this point. Maybe he can do it, but I don't think he accomplished enough at BU to make it a given that he can succeed and get playing time at that level at this point.

Kingsby, Antonio Thomas, Gabriel, Nolan, McAdoo, Hall, Roberts, Weathers, Ekono, Pettigrew, Ellis, Kyle Thomas, Zek Montgomery, Biliew, Hickman, Wol- were guys who maybe were happier elsewhere but they didn’t exactly prosper

Yep will join Casey Alexander who he played against twice when Casey was at Belmont! Montana Made BU freshman history when he drained 7 three pointers in the first game. It will be very interesting to see how much playing time he gets at K-State!

Coach Wardle acknowledged it in the WMBD interview. But it is a little strange that there has been no official word from Kansas State or Casey Alexander. Nor has there been any mention from Montana Wheeler or his agent. Montana quickly retweeted transfer notices for his teammates, but has not posted anything about his own situation.

I’ve read a few articles posted on the 16th that talks about K-States 6 new transfers and Wheeler isn’t listed. They also talked about the 2 recruits

New recruits and they were both 6’2 and 6’4 point guards so not real sure about Wheeler going there
