This is good to hear. Where will he be seeing playing time 2-4? Does he have an outside shot or is he more of a slasher 3-4 player?

Reports are that he has been knocking down his outside shot (mostly 12-15 footers and an occsional three) better than expected.

Guys, this kid is someone that most major coaches didn't even know about, and many who did, did not know he was available for 2008. If they had, he might likely have had a number of other BCS schools pursuing him. So in Taylor's case, please don't make any judgements based on his list of offers. Our coaches got a good look at him (unlike with Saihou), and they liked what they saw. I'll trust them on this decision.

Good call coach. I had my doubts that an NBA'ers son could fly under the radar till that late in the game. After watching TB's freshman year I say our coaches found a diamond in the rough.
