2025-26 Schedule

$20 is a trip to McDonalds anymore. I’m sure Coach is trying to get as much experience as possible for this young team and this was an opportunity to do that while giving fans another opportunity to watch the kids play.

TV/Broadcast/Streaming information is now posted for the games on the schedule-

The schedule also now shows the December 14 game in the "Renco" against North Central College.
The North Central College schedule shows that the game will be an exhibition game for them-

However, there is still no TV information for the women's games, except for the opening game on Nov. 4, which is on ESPN+

Bradley has played regular season games against North Central College twice in the past. Bradley is 2-0 against them.
February 12, 1926- in Naperville- Bradley 51 North Central 27
December 20, 1929- in Peoria Armory- Bradley 42 North Central 15

Both games were IIAC conference games (Illinois Intercollegiate Athletic Conference).
Bradley finished 1st in the IIAC in both of those seasons (15-4 in 1925-26 & 13-4 in 1929-30)

Peoria Armory photo from the 1948-49 season, which was the first year that Bradley was in the MVC and the final season Bradley played in the Peoria Armory-

I was only at Reno for one game several years ago. They were crowded but not as bad as the bleacher seats on the south side of the field house. There were always knees in the back and you had to wonder during the close games if the bleachers would fall down from the stamping of feet. These bleachers did move a lot. Good memories.

Robertson Memorial Fieldhouse looked to be about three times larger.

Will they be adding service fees to the 20 dollars for the tickets to the RC?
I don't know, yet. We'll know soon, since the tickets went on sale today for students and VIPs, and tomorrow for season-ticket holders.
But I hopefully, they will not be sold through Ticketmaster, but through Bradley's own online ticket system, gofevo.com. They do add service fees there, but they are much smaller than Ticketmaster's.

LOL- that announcement will be confusing to some students, because if you click on the link to get the student tickets,
it takes you to a page that says the game is at Renaissance Coliseum in the small print, but when it shows
EXACTLY WHERE THE GAME IS TO BE PLAYED, IT SAYS
THE VENUE IS CARVER ARENA AND SHOWS A MAP TO CARVER ARENA!
= LOL

The tickets for season ticket-holders are now on sale for the Hoops on the Hilltop game at Renaissance Coliseum on Dec. 14.
If you are a season ticket holder, check your email.
The good news is that they are being sold through Ticketmaster for $20 each, and I did not get charged any additional fees or add-on charges.
There are plenty of great tickets available.
Tickets for general public go on sale tomorrow, Friday, Oct. 31-

..... need to make this discussion about buying tickets for the Ren-Col game a separte sticky thread, because
it's just buried in the thread about the schedule and perhaps some will not know the tickets are ready for sale.

edited- I don't want to inhibit any ticket sales...

Yes- buyer alert!!
I bought tickets, paid by PayPal, and when the charge came through, there was a 26.6% service fee added on!

How are you accessing the sale?...I have not gotten any emails regarding access..when I go to Ticketmaster site it just states that the tickets go on sale to general public tomorrow..nothing about season ticket holders buying today.

mine was in my SPAM folder
if you are a season ticket holder then call the ticket office or wait til tomorrow and buy as a general sales purchase..
there are very few tickets sold already, 98% of Ren-Col seats are still avail.

and tickets are sold thru the plain old Ticketmaster site and NOT the special Bradley Ticketmaster site
that our other season tickets are purchased through
(and the final price charged was different that than the invoice showed...go figure)

future Bradley opponent Washington State beat New Mexico 74-66 in an exhibition.
Both teams shot poorly, WSU shot 5-22 from 3-pt, and had 19 turnovers, but refs were busy and sent Washington State to the FT line 43 times!!

Former Drake head coach Ben McCollum's first season just started at Iowa, but things haven't started too well for him.
On Saturday afternoon, Iowa got blasted by St. Louis in a secret scrimmage by 25 points, 99-74. And Saturday night/early Sunday, one of his players, Tavion Banks, was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Banks was an important player for McCollum at Drake last year where he averaged 10.1 ppg and 5.0 rpg for the MVC Champions. He is one of 6 former Drake players who followed McCollum and transferred to Iowa for this season. Many Iowa people were projecting Banks, now a senior, to be a starter for this year's Hawkeye team.
So it looks like Iowa Coach Ben McCollum is following the Dan Muller style of discipline. Iowa's Tavion Banks was a starter for Iowa in their first game of the season tonight against Robert Morris U, despite his arrest for disorderly conduct and public intoxication a couple weeks ago. McCollum claimed he would discipline Banks, but instead, there was no evidence of any significant disciplinary action taken.

Bradley plays UT-Martin next Wednesday. They were 14-`9 last year, and this season they were picked 8th out of 11 teams in the Ohio Valley Conference Preseason Poll-
https://ovcsports.com/news/2025/10/...as-2025-26-ovc-mens-basketball-favorites.aspx

Tuesday night they played at UNLV and won 86-81-
Box score- https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/boxscore/_/gameId/401820395
Their entire starting lineup, as well as several of their reserves are foreign imports.

Interesting.... They have 19 players on their roster, and 13 of them are from foreign countries-

Bradley's first round opponent in the Terry's Chocolate ESPN Events Tournament later this month is Princeton.
They were 19-11 last season, and 8-6 in the Ivy League.
They played their first game this season tonight at Akron, and lost 104-69-

Another upcoming opponent, San Francisco lost on the road at Memphis 76-70-
