9 MVC teams playing BracketBuster games Saturday

Drake beat Austin Peay 71-54 to move the Valley to 6-2. SIU making a comeback at UIC, but they are still down 67-61 with only 1:13 left. Let's hope Creighton takes care of George Mason so we can go at worse 7-3.

MVC 7-3 in all BB games. Not bad... Too bad UNI couldn't have played like they did against us?
 
Pretty good day for the Valley.....7-3 overall which is better than I predicted....too bad UNI and isu lost on the "big-screen" though!

I'll take 7-3 in a down year anyday! This should help the Valley RPI a bit, even if it only makes a 3 or 4 notch jump for each team. Maybe this will be enough to move the Valley into ninth place.
 
Creighton Slamma Jamma. That was a fun game to watch:) It's always fun to watch a game there, even though we lost that double overtime game there last year - it was still a good one to watch. I think they get an at lagre bid even if they don't win the MVCT - I hope we win the MVCT.

After Saturday's games, the MVC Non-Conf RPI Rank stays at 10th but the MVC Overall Conf RPI Rank moves to 9th.
