Well-known member
Barton Community College (juco) SF Noah Williams is headed to Bradley for an official visit this weekend.
He is a 6-8 redshirt freshman who spent a year at Cal State Northridge. Originally from LA, had 3-STAR rating out of high school,
and was ranked #151 by RIVALS nationally out of high school.
Would have 3 years remaining (four if the juco waiver rule is extended)

2024-25 (at Cal State Northridge)- redshirted and did not play
2025-26 (at Barton CC) - 17 games, 13.5 ppg, 44.1%FG%, 35.3% 3-pt, 7.8 rpg, 77% FT shooting, 1.5 asst, 1.3 steals, 0.7 blk

Former Bradley assistant Mike Bargen was previously the head coach at Barton CC for eight seasons.
In his last game against Seward CC on Jan. 10, Noah Williams went for 22 points, 8 rebounds.
In his game on Jan. 3 against Butler Community College, Noah Williams went for 33 points, 9 rebounds

That makes two visitors this week?
yes,
Williams will be visiting thru Saturday (most schools have Fri & Mon off), then he has to get back
because his team plays 7:30pm Saturday night.

then Sean Register, who plays 4pm Saturday in Florida, will be visiting from Sunday thru Tuesday - LINK
So it would appear they will not both be on campus at the same time

Noah Williams' is visiting today and tomorrow. Looks like he will return to Barton CC for his team's game Saturday night.
We posted a profile and info about Noah Williams back on Dec. 2-

The other upcoming visitor, Sean Register of Eastern Florida State College, will be on campus Sunday, Jan 18, to Tuesday, Jan. 20. His team plays Saturday afternoon, then not again until Friday, Jan. 23.

Noah Williams photoshoot! (filmed maybe by his parents?)
He looks pretty cool in the red/white with the blue trim.

(btw- the last big man from Barton Community College that went DI is leading the entire Ohio Valley Conference in scoring,
4th in FG% and is 11th in rebounding. SIUE's Ring Malith, 17.8ppg/6 rpg.}

Yikes only 44% from the field for a forward?
He has to be better than CT. Hope he pans out. The recruiting class for next season looks promising, but so did this year's and only 1 of a handful has really played well (Wheeler). Alex needs to come on strong the last part of the season - need his offense badly.

Now need to focus on strong frontline players to score, rebound, and defend. Great recruiting pitch for possible recruits for all that we are losing after this year.

Only Jonovic (at 53%) who takes 95% of his shots from within 1-2 feet of the hoop is currently shooting
substantially better than 44% overall for Bradley.
others who play forward are in the same ballpark (Smith 41%, van der Knaap 41%, Thomas 46%, Yu 40%)

In fact, if you check the MVC stats, only a dozen players are shooting substantially better than 44% and only 7 or 8 are frontcourt guys

.....
That went fast....
Bradley started following Noah Williams ~a month ago, waited til the holidays were over and school was back in session,
then set up a visit just last weekend, and now he's fully committed...
I like how efficient our staff is when they really target & want a certain recruit.......
Now let's get it done with the rest of our available scholarships.........

I like who we've landed for this next class. Some size and definitely scoring potential.
I'm hoping that Gustavo will make an impact next season. We really can't be much worse on the inside as we are this season.
Should be a little better all around next season, especially if Burch, Wheels, Timo, and Quanny are still here!

Noah Williams committed to Bradley on January 20, 2026, and now his juco career is over -
knocked out in the early round of the NJCAA Nationals last Saturday...
and maybe I missed the confirmation or announcement - but there's never been any report of him SIGNING WITH BRADLEY...
...or maybe that will happen in April....but because the LOI is defunct, can't they sign at any time? (same for Race & Ben)

has anyone else seen any announcement or release?
By this time last year, Bradley had confirmed all our incoming guys- LINK and had stories on them way back in the fall when they signed
