Nazir Allen would be a good one to get.
That seems to be the obvious need. We do lose one key guard after this year, Alex Huibregtse. Current starters Burch and Johnson should still be the starting guards next year, and 3 of the bench players are guards- Wheeler, Richardson, and Zobrist. So I am in favor of getting another high percentage shooting guard with experience from the portal or juco, but I am not seeing as much need for more guard depth unless someone leaves unexpectedly. We need some big experienced guys for next season. We are not getting much from our front line players so far this season.
here are some updates from games being played today....that involve juco guys Bradley has offered......... Braylon Roman, a recruit like Sean Register or another of the big men we've posted about in the 2026 recruit thread, is their top target.
Has anybody said how good Gustavo Guimaraes is? I believe he is allowed to practice. Has anybody said how good he isThat seems to be the obvious need. As you say, the biggest need, even now, are physical forwards who can defend, rebound, and score. That is where this team is weakest. That weakness will only be compounded next year by losing seniors Corey Thomas, Meta Jonovic, and AJ Smith. Ben Thornbrue, and maybe Gustavo Guimaraes, might be able to contribute some, but if Bradley looks to contend next year, the team will need more forward line help than that, IMO.
I am guessing that other than Braylon Roman, a recruit like Sean Register or another of the big men we've posted about in the 2026 recruit thread, is their top target.
Ok great.ThanksGuimaraes is allowed to practice and does light workouts, as was stated back at the beginning of the season,
but is on a gradual training schedule having had major knee surgery last spring.
I wish we would get some updates in the media, but rarely ever do - I would doubt he participates in any of the team's full practices.
The other reshirt freshman, Jackson Seastrunk, does appear to participate in full practices with the rest of the team - LINK

With the new NCAA, can we get him on the roster now???This is terrific! I was hoping it would be Noah Williams (13.5 ppg, 7.9 rpg, 36% from three). Fans will love him. He is a very good offensive player, but he also excels on defense. Noah is a Redshirt-freshman and will have 3 seasons of eligibility left.

Here is a short video of Noah playing defense in a game this past Saturday. He is #11 in white. Look a little like a former 2-time Bradley Defensive Player of the Year?
