Bradley vs Illinois Game Threat (Chat Room Is Down)

That was a forgettable half. We need to continue our defensive intensity, but figure out a way to score on the offensive end. It feels like every shot we take is covered...can we find a way to get open somehow?

anyone else get the impression that the poor shooting might be a product of the arena? In every game I have seen players miss by a ton on a several shots, I am thinking there has to be a poor background or something. Lots of 3s have gone up that hit absolutely nothing, everyone seems to be short on shots.
 
I thought Bradley played pretty darn well that 1st half. Only missed a couple FT's and somewhat limited the turnovers. It's those **** refs that killed us, I mean ****, you lay a fingernail on someone and it's a foul. And what's a walk on (Phillips) shooting a 3 for? Les should of told him that the only reason he was playing was so a starter didn't pick up another foul. DON"T SHOOT THE BALL LOL. That 3 he shot was probably 3 feet over the rim for an airball. Overall, not to bad.

2nd half, BU needs to use the refs to their advantage and rebound a little better. Need to get out to another hot start to the half.

I noticed on the one end with the stage backdrop, their is a huge wall TV that is broadcasting the game. I'm not sure if the players see it on the court but i've seen it a few times when camera was pointing that way.

We need to pick it up this half, I don't count on UofI to keep throwing the ball away again and again, but I do see them to continue killing us on the boards. Need to increase our shooting % and get some stops on d to pull this out.
 
Now THAT'S what I'm talking about. We're shooting the ball with confidence and acting like we're the better team. That's what winning teams do. Keep it up!!!
 
Egolf missed two FT's not too long ago. Can't afford to do that! I have BU up 47-42 at the under 12 timeout. Am listening on the Chicago station that carries the Illini games. They are well ahead of the WMBD internet feed as I can't get the darn HoopTV feed to work.
