Josh Cunningham visited Bradley back on Oct. 13, 2012, for the Red-White scrimmage, along with several other teammates from his Mac Irvin Fire AAU team.

He returns today to visit the Bradley campus, along with teammate 2015 Kain Harris, then take in the Bradley-Wichita State game.

He is a 6'7" wing forward who attends Chicago Morgan Park High School. He is a junior (class of 2014), and already holds an offer from Bradley.

He is reported to have offers from DePaul, Oklahoma, and Nebraska.

Morgan park is the real deal and is rated # 1 in 3a. The Peo Sect. winner goes to Dekalb next Tues to play the Freeport Sect. winner and that winner gets Morgan park in the semi's next Friday. Hopefully MP gets here so Josh can play on the floor we hope he plays his college ball on. Go MP.

"Cunningham broke down his recruitment.

“It is going pretty good. I have offers from Bradley, DePaul, and Oklahoma.”
Bradley is a school that has aggressively pursued several players from Morgan Park including the forward.
“If I come here I feel like I am around family. I like the environment.”
What was it like playing in the state tournament on the floor of the Braves?
“It was nice. I like the fans and the court.”

The hometown Blue Demons are also very interested in securing his services.
“I like DePaul. They are like family. I feel like I will be safe with them.”


His other offer comes from the Oklahoma Sooners out of the Big 12.
“I like the way they play.”

Cunningham mentioned a few other schools that are showing interest in him.
“Michigan State, Iowa, and Massachusetts.”
He plans on taking an unofficial visit to Michigan State in the near future."
 
This kid really has game. Saw him both games last weekend and would love to see him in a BU uniform. Geno has his work cut out for him with the schools that will be going after him but we can hope can't we. He is a solid 6'7" .
 
Hopefully he is close friends with Xzavier as they went to the same high school. It seems Bradley was on him early and with Coleman on staff I think we have a chance at this kid.

It would be great to hear some good news from Josh. We are doing something right to get kids of his ability to have us in his finals. Now if we can just seal the deal that would be a great start. Josh we'd love to see you as a Brave next fall.
