The thing I'm most frustrated about, todayIs that we were told last week that the MVC schedule might be released last Friday and then last Friday we were told it would probably be released this Tuesday or Wednesday but that didn't happen an now it's Friday and nothing. Not that it matters much, we all know the 9 teams we will play twice, but I'm just interested in what the sequence of games will be because last season we played some big games, at home, over the Holidays when most of the students were gone and I hope that doesn't happen again this season.

If we're doing a home-and-home on the east coast, we're doing it with an A-10 or CAA team, not Western Carolina, I hope.
... it is a conspiracy that the big boys simply won't play the smaller schools...forcing the mid-majors to look at D-II's
It's not a conspiracy as much as it is sound strategy - if the selection committee isn't going to take mid majors with marginal schedules, why bother giving the mid majors the ammunition they need to fight with?

so then the bigger schools have "cracked the code" and outsmarted the selection committee?
