I'm still not over the loss. This one is going to sting for a while. Not necessarily because we lost, but moreso how we lost. It's going to sting for a while, especially next Sunday when our name isn't read like it should be. If anyone has ever wanted to kick me when I am down, get in line. I haven't been this down about a BU loss in a long, long time.

Yes we did. My goals of above .500 and out of Thursday were accomplished, and then some. However, coming so tantalizingly close to another CBS and NCAA appearance is still tough to take. I think the lowered expectations make it even harder to take, since we overachieved so much. It's almost as if we were destiny's darling for a bit. However, the clock struck midnight at about 3:30 Saturday for the Braves. :(
 
I agree. To be rated so low in the pre-season and then to come so close makes it harder to take. You gotta love this team.
