Any coaching candidate that comes to Peoria will be wined and dined at Jim's Steakhouse. Somebody needs to volunteer to hang out at the bar every night this week and report back!

Maybe that is why Fife and Jeter have withdrawn...Jim's would have been the spot to take a candidate in 1988, but not in 2011. Everything at Jim's is horribly out of date, the food is average at best, and the atmosphere feels like a dungeon...there are dozens of better options in and around Peoria.
